Cedar PathEagle Feather

Cedar is recognized by many American Indian Tribes as a sacred herb that attracts good spirits, removes negative influences, and purifies a space. Group members will explore their relapse triggers and patterns and develop skills that circumvent relapse.  The group begins with the burning of traditional medicine (sage, cedar, sweetgrass) for mental grounding and closed with a prayer by a volunteer of the group.

The Warrior Spirit philosophy is that chemical addiction is a destructive, progressive disease, characterized by high tendency to relapse.
